DAY 1 • JUNE 8, 2026

Stress, Resilience & Mental Wellbeing

Andrea Steigler

Pleasure Intelligence

with Girisha Andrea Steigler

Pleasure is a form of intelligence, and learning to work with it changes everything from how we make decisions to how we receive what we have been working toward. We explore what happens in the body, the mind, and the nervous system when we live almost entirely in doing mode, and why that constant forward push closes us off from creativity, connection, and the capacity to receive more. Through a guided sensory practice, we discover how quickly the body responds when given even a few moments of nourishment, and how that shift opens up a quality of presence most of us have never been taught to access.

Constantin Bogdan Morun

Healing Beyond Mindset Work

with Constantin Bogdan Morun

We can invest years into personal growth, hire the best coaches, and master every mental strategy available, only to wake up feeling the exact same way day after day. It is an exhausting cycle that can leave us wondering why all of our conscious effort cannot seem to bridge this gap to transformation and change. The reality is that the mind cannot out-logic a body that feels unsafe, and trying to push positive thinking over a survival response only widens the gap. We explore traditional mindset work stalls, how the body stores inherited patterns outside of our conscious awareness, and what it actually takes to return to our natural state of being.

Craig Meriwether

The 5-Minute Brain Reset

with Craig Meriwether

We tend to look at stress as part of life, assuming that the only way to find relief is to step away from our responsibilities or wait for our circumstances to change. This assumption can keep us trapped in a constant state of tension and reaction. The body, however, is constantly listening to our physical signals amidst the chaos, ready to lower the stress response the moment it registers a shift in physiology. This internal communication makes it possible to consciously interrupt the survival states we have accidentally gotten better at practicing, allowing small, intentional adjustments to fundamentally change our brain chemistry, align our mind, heart, and body, for deeper healing.

Dr. Evette Rose

Decoding the Emotional Messages of Pain

with Dr. Evette Rose

Most of us treat pain as the problem, something to silence and move past as quickly as possible. But pain can also be connected to stress, emotions, and experiences that continue influencing how we feel physically and emotionally. Survival responses can stay locked into the nervous system, storing stress in muscles, fascia, digestion, and other areas of the body. We look at pain as a messenger, mapping how subconscious memories begin to organize themselves around specific areas of the body, from the neck that has to hold it all together to the migraine that arrives when overthinking has nowhere else to go. Pain that keeps returning despite years of treatment, self-work, or lifestyle changes can start to feel less mysterious and more resolvable.

Hayley Enright

Unresolved Relationships

with Hayley Enright

Some relationships do not end just because the person leaves our life or the years pass. When a relationship creates an unresolved charge in our nervous system, it can continue affecting the way we respond to stress, make decisions, experience conflict, and use our energy in everyday life. We explore the five patterns most likely to become stuck in our nervous system, how unresolved relationships can affect everything from creativity and emotional capacity to boundaries and self trust, and why so many people continue reacting to old dynamics even after the relationship itself is over. Recognizing these patterns can help us feel less overwhelmed, more emotionally resourced, and more able to fully engage with our lives again.

Kiara Armstrong

The Healing Power of Touch

with Kiara Armstrong

Most of us think of touch as something social or reserved for intimate relationships. Yet safe, consensual touch can have a profound effect on the nervous system, helping reduce stress hormones, physical pain, anxiety, and depressive symptoms while strengthening co-regulation and a felt sense of safety in the body. We explore why touch remains so absent from many wellness spaces, how fear and modern culture have narrowed the ways we experience contact, and how touch offered with consent and context can become a meaningful part of healing. And we discuss the surprising reason human touch can be compared to therapy and even approaches like CBT for pain when it comes to our mental health.

Lisa Tahir

The Psychoastrology of Healing

with Lisa Tahir

Forgiveness is often framed as something that has to come from the person on the other side of an old wound, that healing depends on someone else taking accountability, apologizing, and doing the repair. Yet so often the people involved never come back to finish that conversation, and we are left circling the same patterns and the same belief that something about us was the problem. We explore the meeting place of psychology and astrology through the placement of Chiron in the birth chart, the single point that reveals the area of vulnerability shaping our thoughts, reactions, and relationships most deeply. We look at how the meaning we made about ourselves as children continues shaping the patterns we repeat as adults, and how self-attunement might finally answer what no one else came back to answer.

Mary Hope

The Heart-Led Way to Nervous System Regulation

with Mary Hope

We have become very efficient at saying yes to one more project, skipping sleep, performing on the sales call, and pushing ourselves through exhaustion while trying to hold everything together. Most of us assume nervous system work means adding another complicated morning routine to an already overloaded schedule, when in reality nervous system dysregulation is often what makes everything feel harder in the first place. We explore what it means to operate from heart-coherence as a leader, how the open tabs we carry mentally and emotionally drain our energy and attention, and why simplicity is often what the nervous system responds to best. We also explore a simple three-day reset built around small morning and evening shifts that help the body begin recognizing safety, regulation, and rest again.

Dr. Meg Haworth

Healing Generational Patterns

with Dr. Meg Haworth

Family environments shaped by control, emotional unpredictability, criticism, or narcissistic behavior can continue affecting the way we see ourselves, relate to others, respond to stress, and experience physical symptoms decades later. We explore the connection between childhood stress and chronic illness, the five primary emotional imprints these experiences can leave behind, and the unconscious patterns that continue repeating in adult life. We also explore a holistic healing approach that works with the emotional, physical, and energetic impact these experiences leave behind.

Miguel Bautista

Recovering from Chronic Illness

with Miguel Bautista

Living with chronic conditions can slowly shrink every part of life, from work and relationships to movement, travel, and even the ability to trust our own bodies. We can spend years searching for answers, trying treatments, changing diets, running tests, and pushing through symptoms while still feeling stuck inside the same exhausting cycle. We explore how a hypersensitive nervous system can continue triggering symptoms after the body has become stuck in a prolonged stress response, why fear and hypervigilance can unintentionally reinforce that pattern, and how we can begin relearning safety through the right combination of understanding, response, and gradual expansion. We also look at three core pillars to rebuild physical capacity, confidence, and our quality of life over time.

Petra Brunnbauer

Neurohumanetics and the Art of Thriving

with Petra Brunnbauer

What does a tension headache, stalled revenues, and a short fuse with the people we love have in common? In our daily realities, these may look like challenges from completely different parts of our lives, each with its own cause and its own solution. We explore why so many of the things we experience as separate challenges may not be separate at all, and what that could mean for everything from our health and relationships to our prosperity, career, and personal evolution. We also look at Functional Freeze, how we can get stuck in it, and what it shows us about the way chronic stress reshapes our lives. And we introduce Neurohumanetics, an entirely new field for how we can understand human thriving, built on a single principle that changes how we fundamentally live our lives.

DAY 2 • JUNE 9, 2026

Physical Health & Longevity

Dr. Catherine Clinton

The Quantum Biology of Health and Longevity

with Dr. Catherine Clinton

For decades, we have treated wellness as a game of chemistry and mechanics, relying entirely on supplements, pharmaceuticals, and surgeries to fix imbalances. But our bodies are far more than a collection of chemical reactions. This session introduces a completely different perspective on health by looking at the unseen energy fields that guide cell behavior. We look at how simple shifts in our daily relationship with natural light and sound can regulate our nervous system, protect our mitochondria, and lower chronic inflammation. Stepping away from artificial inputs and remembering how to interact with the natural world lets us tap into a fast communication network that restores our physical health and long-term wellbeing.

Dr. Christine Schaffner

Bridging Physiology and Energy

with Dr. Christine Schaffner

We are accumulating more knowledge, more data, and more medical tools than at any other point in human history, yet people are somehow getting sicker. When we look at chronic illness through a purely clinical approach, we often end up treating symptoms while entirely missing the whole picture. Healing can mean stepping out of the textbook and looking at the human body as a multi-dimensional matrix where biochemistry, physics, and energy interconnect. We explore the limitations of conventional frameworks, how trauma and generational experiences physically store themselves in our fascia and nervous system, and the shift that occurs when we stop trying to fix matter with matter and instead begin working with the underlying field.

Dr. Dawson Church

Wiring Your Brain to Thrive

with Dr. Dawson Church

We often believe that the defining factor of a good life is the absence of hardship, assuming that anyone who stays grounded in a chaotic world has simply been spared from deep pain. What science actually reveals is that external circumstances have very little to do with it. When we face adversity, it is easy to focus on the challenges, keeping us trapped in stress responses that drain our energy and age our bodies. When we intentionally work with our biology, we can rewire the neural pathways that keep us stuck and strengthen our natural capacity for resilience and connection. We explore the fascinating experience of post-traumatic growth and close with a practice that transforms stress into a gateway for lasting inner peace.

Dr. Donese Worden

Dare to Doubt

with Dr. Donese Worden

We live in a time where information about health is everywhere. One person tells us to trust the experts. Another tells us the system is broken. Social media floods us with miracle cures, biohacks, supplements, wearables, and conflicting opinions, while many of us have lost trust in our own instincts somewhere along the way. In this session we explore what it means to reconnect with our intuition without abandoning science, how to ask better questions in a world full of medical noise, and why our own body may still be giving us some of the most important information we need. From the power of the human spirit to the signals our body sends us every day, we discuss a more grounded and personal approach to health, healing, and self-advocacy.

Dr. Jeff Gross

Cellular Signaling and Longevity

with Dr. Jeff Gross

We look at two 75-year-olds, one on a cane and the other on a tennis court, and assume the difference comes down to genetics or luck. The science points somewhere else, with more than 80% of how we age tied to the daily choices that either reduce or accumulate the molecular load we call chronic inflammation. We explore the world of cell signaling, where stem cells, exosomes, and peptides work like messages that help cells return to a more restorative, youthful state. We look at where these signals come from, and the forms they now arrive in. What once sounded like futuristic medicine is already being used to help regrow cartilage, support brain health, slow cellular aging, and change how we think about living longer healthier lives.

Katherine Rohland

Healing Chronic Illness

with Katherine Rohland

A chronic diagnosis can easily start to feel like a life sentence, a label that names the experience but leaves us with very little to do about it. Chinese medicine approaches chronic illness as an adaptive response to years of input from food, thought, environment, stress, and emotions that did not get fully processed. We explore the everyday habits and patterns that deplete the body, why many of us are chronically dehydrated, and how stress and suppressed emotions can eventually begin showing up as physical symptoms. We also share practices that can help begin reversing the patterns that contributed to illness in the first place.

Anaez

Healing Through Breath and Energy

with Nate "Anāez" Zeleznick

Serious health challenges or terminal diagnoses change the way we relate to our bodies, our energy, and our future, especially when conventional answers no longer feel sufficient on their own. We explore an integrated approach to healing that brings together breathwork, nervous system regulation, nutrition, energy practices, emotional resilience, and a deeper understanding of the body’s innate ability to recover. We also look at how stress, oxygen, mindset, and physiology interact inside the body, why so many people feel disconnected from their own healing capacity, and how rebuilding health often begins with creating the conditions the body needs to heal and return to balance.

Paulina Soble

Pain Reprocessing Therapy

with Paulina Soble

We are biologically wired to interpret pain as proof that something in the body is broken, so we keep searching for a structural cause even when scans, tests, and treatments cannot explain what we are experiencing. Much of chronic pain, especially pain that continues well beyond the normal healing process, turns out to be neuroplastic pain, with the brain continuing to send danger signals even when the body is safe. We explore how Pain Reprocessing Therapy works with the brain and nervous system to interrupt pain patterns, and how we can reduce the fear and hypervigilance that can perpetuate pain for years. We also look at how retraining the brain’s response to pain can help us walk, move, work, travel, exercise, and fully participate in life again after years of chronic symptoms and sacrifice.

Dr. Steven Young

From Biohacking to Bioloving

with Dr. Steven Young

Biohacking has become a popular way of approaching health, with endless supplements, tracking devices, and wellness protocols promising optimization and longevity. But the internal state behind those choices may matter far more than the choices themselves. We explore why the same food, supplement, or wellness practice can create completely different outcomes depending on the energy and emotion behind it, how subconscious patterns shape more of our reality than the thinking mind can process, and why the seven Hermetic principles offer a radically different way of approaching health and life. We also explore the shift from fear-based health choices toward a loving and connected relationship with our bodies that offers peace, joy, and long-term wellbeing.

Dr. Trupti Gokani

The Three Brain Blueprint

with Dr. Trupti Gokani

Most conversations about mental and physical health focus only on the brain in our head, even though two other powerful intelligence systems are constantly shaping how we feel, act, digest, and heal. Our other brains are sensing and responding before the thinking brain fully catches up, which is why the body often reacts somatically before we can explain it logically. We explore how these three brains communicate top down and bottom up, how stress pulls the body into one of three elemental patterns described in Ayurveda, and why lasting change begins when we understand which stress pattern is driving our symptoms. We also look at how food, movement, and breathing practices become more effective when they are matched to the stress patterns shaping our physiology.

DAY 3 • JUNE 10, 2026

Energy, Breath & Healing

Adrienne Rivera

How We Breathe Is How We Live

with Adrienne Rivera

We breathe roughly 20,000 times a day entirely in the background, yet few of us know how to direct that rhythm to change how we feel. Instead, we subconsciously mirror the shallow, chest-heavy habits of a stressed-out culture, keeping the nervous system trapped in a state of constant alert. This session is an invitation to explore what happens when we bring intention to those physical mechanics to support our digestion, sleep, and overall health. We map out the transition from simple daily breathing into deep, circular breathwork, showing how changing the physical rhythm of your intake can soften the analytical mind, create space to process life's daily challenges, and open up an intuitive inner knowing that we cannot simply think our way into.

Barry Goldstein

Acousticeuticals for Health

with Barry Goldstein

Music has the remarkable ability to reach places inside us that words, logic, and even traditional healing approaches often cannot touch. A single song can shift our emotional state, change the rhythm of the body, unlock memory, release grief, regulate the nervous system, or reconnect us with our emotions. Decades of work with sound, frequency, tempo, and heart coherence have opened up new discoveries around the relationship between music, stress, creativity, sleep, emotional processing, memory, and the human nervous system. From Grammy Award winning music production to research involving Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, brainwave states, and emotional healing, music plays a role in the way we feel, function, process emotion, and experience our lives.

Blaine Wilkes

The Secret to Unlocking Your Inner Healer

with Blaine Wilkes

We spend so much of our lives pushing forward that we often stop noticing what the body has been trying to communicate all along. Constant stimulation, emotional pressure, stress, and information overload can gradually pull us further away from our natural rhythm until tension, exhaustion, and overwhelm begin to feel familiar. We explore how breath, movement, and the body’s own energy systems work together to restore balance, release built up stress patterns, and support the body’s natural ability to heal, regulate, and recalibrate itself. As we begin creating more space in the body and less congestion in the nervous system, we discover how quickly our energy, emotions, focus, and sense of wellbeing can begin to shift.

Dr. Brad Nelson

Unlocking Emotional Freedom

with Dr. Bradley Nelson

We often think of emotions as temporary experiences that come and go, yet many of them never fully leave the body at all. Emotional experiences that were overwhelming, suppressed, unresolved, or left unfinished can remain stored in the body as energetic imprints, influencing the way we feel physically, mentally, emotionally, and even relationally. We look at the connection between trapped emotional energy, physical pain, anxiety, self sabotage, chronic symptoms, and the subconscious patterns shaping our lives, alongside the profound shifts that can occur when those emotional imprints are finally identified and released. Emotional healing takes on an entirely different meaning once the body is understood as an energetic system carrying the imprint of our lived experiences.

Jeff Patterson

The Meditative Arts for Modern Life

with Jeff Patterson

Many of us treat meditation as either a hobby we squeeze in a few times a week or a destination where the mind finally goes quiet, and both assumptions can stop us from ever developing a practice in the first place. The meditative arts are a slow integration of body, breath, and mind that turn small repetitions into a foundation we can lean on for the rest of our lives. We explore the 5 regulations that shape every meditation path, and why getting distracted 50 times in a sitting still counts as finding center again. We map out the 3 energy centers, the vessel that connects them, and a breathing method the body already uses instinctively. We also explore a breathing practice simple enough to learn in one sitting, yet powerful enough to change how we respond to stress, distraction, and emotional overwhelm.

Kathie and Paul Scott

Anahata Journey to the Heart

with Kathie and Paul Scott

We can read books, participate in workshops, take courses, and still feel that gap between what we know and what we live. The Anahata cacao journey is a guided breathwork meditation that combines rhythmic breathing, intention, and ceremonial cacao to help bring the body, heart, and mind into greater coherence and connection. We explore how the practice works, the powerful group field that can emerge through breathing together, and the deep states of stillness and presence that can arise through the breath itself. We also discuss the role ceremonial cacao plays in opening the heart and how this practice can support emotional release and dissolving the blocks that keep us disconnected from ourselves.

Lauren Walker

The 5 Element Map

with Lauren Walker

We often treat emotions as something we need to manage, suppress, or get through as quickly as possible, when in fact every choice we make, from the coffee we order to the relationship we stay in, is being shaped by them. Ancient Chinese medicine organizes our physical, emotional, mental, and energetic experience through five elements, each one linked to a body system, a challenging emotion, and a balancing emotion. We look at how unresolved emotional stress builds in the body over time and begins affecting our energy, reactions, habits, relationships, and physical health. We explore the emotional cycle the body moves through during moments of stress, and how bringing awareness to each stage changes how those experiences affect us. We also share a set of five neurovascular holds that help move each element back toward its balancing counterpart.

Mary Sise

Working with the Survival Brain

with Mary Sise

We have been trained to look outside ourselves for answers, scrolling through endless opinions while losing trust in our own inner knowing. Many of us grew up in environments where the nervous system learned to stay in survival mode, making it difficult to feel safe or fully connected to ourselves. We end up living in bodies that remain reactive, losing trust in our intuition, and repeating emotional patterns across generations until we become aware of them. We look at how meridian tapping works directly with the body’s energy systems to lower stress and fear, why eye movements help the brain come out of freeze, and how a regulated nervous system allows us to hear our own inner guidance again. We also explore a live tapping practice that can be used whenever our survival brain takes over.

Richard Gordon

Quantum Touch

with Richard Gordon

Most of us were raised to believe that healing is something done to us by someone with the right training, credentials, or tools. Our cells already know how to repair and return to balance, and have been doing it our whole lives. Quantum Touch is built on this principle, using breath, body awareness, and a simple loving presence to raise our own internal coherence into a higher, more energized state. We explore how this work has been used to help with everything from athletic injuries to chronic pain, why so many of us have grown disconnected from the physical signals our body sends us each day, and the sandwich technique that lets us begin experimenting with energy medicine ourselves. All healing begins within us, and learning to work with our own energy can be a powerful part of advocating for our own health and wellbeing.

Tony Nec

Resetting the Nervous System

with Tony Nec

Notifications, deadlines, streaming media, and constant mental stimulation can keep our nervous systems in a near continuous state of activation without enough space for recovery. We explore how sound influences the nervous system through vibration, rhythm, and listening, why humming quickly engages pathways connected to regulation and recovery, and how simple sound practices can help bring the body back toward balance. We also look at the role of co-regulation through shared sound, why practices like chanting and drumming appear across cultures around the world, and how even a few minutes of intentional listening can change the way we feel physically, mentally, and emotionally.

DAY 4 • JUNE 11, 2026

Frequency, Resonance & Neuroscience

Dr. Amy Albright

The Neuroscience Behind Lasting Change

with Dr. Amy Albright

There is a point in every growth journey where the usual tools stop producing the results they once did, and most of us assume that means we need to work harder or dig deeper. What the neuroscience actually shows us is something far more interesting. Using real brain scan data from her own retreat center, we get to see exactly what is happening in the brain when someone feels burned out, foggy, and unable to move forward, and then what that same brain looks like just four days later after targeted neurological work. We also explore why so many approaches to healing create management rather than actual change, and close with a live neurobiological practice that even decade-long meditators have described as the deepest experience they have ever had.

Laura Martinez

Awakening the Neuroshamanic Mind

with Laura Martinez

We can spend years stacking tools, coaches, and modalities and still find ourselves circling the same questions about who we are, why we are here, and what deeper part of us is trying to emerge. We explore the bridge between ancestral shamanism and modern neuroscience, and how practices like drumming and guided trance can shift the brain into altered states of consciousness. We look at why nervous system safety has to come before transformation, especially for people living in chronic stress or survival mode, and how healing often begins by reconnecting with the parts of ourselves we learned to leave behind. We also discuss why the joys and moments of deep absorption we experienced as children may still hold clues about the purpose and medicine we are here to share.

Michael Lovitch

Finding Your True Frequency

with Michael Lovitch

We can spend years doing the right therapy, hiring the right coaches, and chasing the right goals, only to discover that many of those goals were shaped by conditioning rather than our authentic self. Much of what gets called self-improvement happens at the wrong level entirely, creating change in one area while the deeper pattern continues repeating in the background. We explore a six-level model for identifying where a pattern actually exists, so the right intervention reaches the right level of change. We also look at why traditional affirmations often create internal conflict, the subtle shift that helps the unconscious mind begin working with us more naturally, and how frequency, resonance, and self-awareness can help us reconnect with who we are beyond conditioning.

Rachel Wayte

The Frequency You Lead With

with Rachel Wayte

A lot of leadership advice focuses on strategy and figuring out the next move, while far less attention is given to the emotional state and energetic patterns shaping how we lead and connect each day. We explore how the energy we bring into our work and relationships influences what we receive back, and why the same frustrations and emotional patterns can keep repeating until something internal shifts. Through a guided voice-led activation, we look at how emotional patterns can surface through the body, and how allowing ourselves to fully feel an emotion can begin clearing the frequency attached to it. We also explore the shift from constantly searching for certainty outside ourselves to leading from a deeper sense of knowing, trust, and resonance.

Sam Kukathas

Subconscious Alignment

with Sam Kukathas

We are often taught to push harder, think faster, and keep trying to figure out the next step, while emotional patterns continue pulling us back into the same feelings of constriction and disconnection. We look at how subconscious patterns affect our relationships and the way we experience flow in everyday life, and why creating a foundation of safety has to come before any lasting shift can happen. Emotional patterns stored within the body can surface through voice, sound, and resonance, and those moments of release can completely change our sense of self and connection with others. Through a voice-led transmission and energy activation, we experience what it feels like to move beyond overthinking and align with a deeper sense of flow, trust, and resonance within ourselves.

Dr. Shamini Jain

Biofield Healing

with Dr. Shamini Jain

We are living in a time when many of us are searching for deeper ways to stay grounded in the middle of constant change. As we reconnect with practices that bring the body, mind, and spirit back into harmony, science is also beginning to explore the role that energy and the biofield may play in our healing and wellbeing. We explore the growing research behind biofield healing, including measurable effects on pain, fatigue, and the immune system, and the connection between sound and the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Through voice and sound practices, we also experience how tuning into our own energy can help us feel more present and connected in everyday life.

Shima Shad Rouh

Heal with the Frequency of Infinite Love

with Shima Shad Rouh

We can spend years treating one symptom at a time, only to watch the deeper cause surface somewhere else in the body or mind. Ancient healing traditions and modern quantum theories both point toward the idea that we are multidimensional beings shaped by emotional, energetic, and inherited patterns. We explore how trapped emotions, limiting beliefs, and inherited imprints can interfere with the body’s natural healing blueprint, and how the Shimana Quantum Code works to release those patterns across multiple levels of the self. We also experience a guided meditation that brings the chakra system back into alignment with the frequency of infinite love.

Skai Delacroix

Accessing Your ZeroPoint Energy

with Skai

We spend so much time thinking, planning, and trying to make things happen that the nervous system can lose connection with the state where real creation begins. At the center of all that mental effort is another state of consciousness rooted in deep rest, presence, and possibility. We explore why stress and overthinking pull us further away, how the Double Vortex practice helps restore the body to a more centered and coherent frequency, and why returning to zero point can change the way we experience pain, relationships, work, and major life decisions. A live guided practice gives us a direct experience of what it feels like to return to access our zero point energy.

Yemaya van de Belt

The Center Point Reset

with Yemaya van de Belt

Much like the earth has electromagnetic poles, our bodies have an energetic center that affects the nervous system, hormones, organs, energy levels, and our physical and emotional state. Emotional shock, accidents, loss, chronic stress, and major life changes can shift the center point out of place, leaving us feeling disconnected, exhausted, or physically unwell. We explore the most common center point locations, the physical and emotional patterns connected to each one, and the placements linked more closely to chronic fatigue, burnout, and anxiety. Once the center point is reset and anchored in its proper place, we can begin to feel more centered and connected to ourselves again.

DAY 5 • JUNE 12, 2026

Personal Growth & Transformation

Antonia Daniek

Conscious Co-Creation

with Antonia Daniek

We can spend years trying to plan every step of our future while the things that change our lives often begin with a conversation, a feeling we cannot explain, or an unexpected moment that keeps pulling us in a certain direction. Conscious co-creation offers a completely different way of looking at intuition, collaboration, leadership, and the creative process itself. New possibilities begin to open when we understand how visions take shape, how different people hold different roles within a project or relationship, and why some ideas seem to gather momentum the moment we start working with them, allowing the next steps to reveal themselves over time.

Billy Mandarino

Winning Back the Now

with Billy Mandarino

We spend the majority of our days navigating a busy world on autopilot, constantly pulled between memories of the past and anticipation of the future. Yet, the only place where we can actually experience true change, creativity, and connection is in the present moment. In this session, we look at how entering a deeper state of presence directly supports our emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. We explore how easily the mind gets caught up in chronological timelines , and we share how to shift away from that busy, overthinking state. Simple anchor practices used throughout the day can disrupt old habits, lower daily stress, and create an immediate improvement in our relationships, energy, and work.

Celinne Da Costa

Crafting Your Conscious Brand Story

with Celinne Da Costa

When we split our professional identity from who we are behind the scenes, our messaging can become fragmented and lose its power. In this session, we explore how our personal history shapes our current business presence, choices, and behaviors. We examine the difference between sharing an experience to process our own raw emotions versus sharing a lived lesson, a distinction that shifts our brand story away from a resume of past events and turns it into the hard-won wisdom extracted from those moments. Evaluating our brand based on internal integration might be the key to a cohesive message, as reconciling every part of our background removes the friction of separation and creates a connection that people can trust.

Jayne Warrilow

Returning to Resonance

with Jayne Warrilow

We have been taught to see ourselves as separate, solid, and self-contained, experiencing life as though we exist apart from the relationships, environments, and energy constantly shaping us. Yet resonance is something we already understand instinctively. We feel it when a room becomes tense, when a conversation instantly clicks, or when something inside us knows we are no longer in alignment with the life we are living. We explore why some environments leave us feeling energized while others slowly wear us down, and why certain people naturally bring us into a greater sense of connection and alignment. Ultimately, returning to resonance helps us reconnect with our own sense of meaning in a world that so often conditions us into dissonance.

Jennifer K Hill

Who Put the Lid on Your Life?

with Jennifer K Hill

We can spend years searching for belonging in titles, accomplishments, and the approval of others, only to find that the sense of home we are chasing was already inside us. Long before we ever became adults, most of us internalized a critical voice from a parent, a teacher, or a moment on the playground, and that single voice has shaped what we believe is possible. We explore how the work we do on ourselves often skips the youngest part of us, and how a simple daily practice can begin to rewire the way we speak to ourselves, relate to others, and experience the world around us. We also share a guided practice that helps us reconnect with younger parts of ourselves and a deep sense of self-worth, belonging, and trust.

Laura Morrice

Reading Your Energetic Signature

with Laura Morrice

We can read every mindset book, repeat every affirmation, and still find ourselves repeating the same financial, relational, and emotional patterns. We explore the chakra system as the body’s original energetic architecture, with each center acting like an emotional alarm system that reveals where fear, shame, grief, self doubt, or old conditioning may still be influencing our choices. We look at how most subconscious patterns are formed during our earliest years, why adaptations that once protected us can later limit us, and how awareness creates the power to choose differently. We also discuss how constantly reacting to every thought, emotion, and distraction can keep us stuck in the same emotional states, habits, and life patterns no matter how much mindset work we do.

Lawrence Ellyard

The Highest View

with Lawrence Ellyard

We can spend an enormous amount of attention managing how others see us, rehearsing what we wish we had said, and trying to control outcomes. Mindfulness offers a different orientation, where the colleague at work, the stranger on the plane, the person who activates us most become a mirror for the work still waiting for us on the inside. We explore three progressively deeper levels of meeting that moment of friction, each one available depending on how reactive we are and the mindfulness we can bring to the moment. We look at why the same relational pattern keeps reappearing with new faces, how a small handful of core values acts as the GPS coordinates for our life, and why the language we use about our day conditions the body toward either resistance or possibility.

Marla and Scott Berger

Living with Intention

with Marla and Scott Berger

We can spend a lifetime collecting a nice house, titles and certifications, great relationships, and the things we were told would finally make us feel whole, only to arrive and realize something is still missing from our lives. We explore what it means to live with intention, and how a simple daily reminder can help reconnect us to what truly matters most to us. We look at the difference between living life on autopilot and consciously choosing the intentions we want to live from each day, and how that shift can impact the direction of our lives. We also explore how intention, love, and self-awareness can help us reconnect to ourselves and live with greater meaning and purpose.

Niko Arapkiles

Becoming Your Future Self

with Niko Arapkiles

We live in a world filled with distraction, constant input, endless opportunity, and competing demands for our attention, making it difficult to stay focused on who we actually want to become. We explore how identity, attention, and daily focus shape the direction of our lives, and why so many people stay stuck repeating old patterns even when they truly want something different. We also look at a future self framework that helps create more momentum, consistency, and alignment between the person we are today and the person we want to become, along with visualization practices that help the brain begin recognizing that future version of ourselves as familiar and achievable.

Dr. Srini Pillay

Thriving in an Era of Complexity

with Dr. Srini Pillay

Thriving can often feel like something we need to chase, achieve, or learn from the outside, even though the human brain already carries an intrinsic intelligence for growth, adaptation, creativity, and resilience. We explore the three drivers of intrinsic motivation that can radically change the way we work and create, why some of our best ideas emerge when the mind stops trying so hard to focus, and how strategic unfocus activates parts of the brain linked to insight, imagination, and problem-solving. We also look at curiosity as a life-saving force during difficult times, the connection between subjective age and longevity, and why thriving may have less to do with becoming someone else and more to do with reconnecting with the deeper intelligence already within us.

DAY 6 • JUNE 13, 2026

Connection & Abundance

The Science of Normalizing Miracles

with Abi Levine

We can have access to the same mentors, the same strategies, and the same opportunities and still end up with completely different results, and it has nothing to do with how hard we are working or how badly we want it. The body has its own operating system that was built long before we ever set a revenue goal or dared to imagine a bigger life, and it is far more powerful than any strategy we could layer on top of it. We go deep into the science behind why growth stalls, why breakthroughs can feel so elusive, and how understanding our own physiology changes the entire equation.

Eda Hardy

Releasing Your Financial Handbrake

with Eda Hardy

We can spend years trying to reach the next level of success while still finding ourselves pulled back into the same patterns, the same fears, and the same invisible limits. We work harder, invest more, and push ourselves forward, yet something in us still resists being fully seen, charging more, receiving more, or taking up more space. Even when opportunities begin appearing, many of us still find ourselves shrinking back toward what feels familiar, predictable, and emotionally safe. In this session, we explore how the nervous system can begin linking success, visibility, and financial growth with danger, rejection, or loss. We also look at the subconscious beliefs that shape our income, our confidence, and the level of success that feels available to us.

Eri Kardos

Relearning Relationships

with Eri Kardos

We can become wildly successful in our careers, master every academic credential, and still find ourselves unable to send the text we have been composing in our heads for an hour. We were not taught how to listen well, how to express what we feel, or how to stay present in conflict. And most of us absorbed our model of love as children with our survival brain building its own set of responses for the moment a hard conversation arrives. We explore how leadership and love are the same skill set, why the patterns that show up at home follow into every meeting, and how the three faces of any relationship offer a way through the moments that used to derail us. Because learning how to navigate those moments changes the quality of our relationships, our communication, and the way we connect with people everywhere else in life.

Gil Petersil

The Art of Human Connection

with Gil Petersil

Most of us were never taught how to build relationships intentionally. We meet people, exchange contacts, follow each other online, and still end up feeling disconnected, unsupported, or surrounded by relationships that no longer fit who we are becoming. We explore the three movements every meaningful relationship requires, why reconnecting can sometimes matter more than meeting new people, and how the quality of our network can influence everything from opportunity and wellbeing to confidence, support, and the feeling that we are not alone in life. We also look at the unique role tea has played across cultures for thousands of years in helping people build trust, deepen connection, and create more meaningful relationships.

Dr. Heather Browne

Have We Been Getting Communication Wrong?

with Dr. Heather Browne

We jump straight into our words the moment something needs to be said, then hope that connection and a stronger relationship will somehow appear at the other end. Many of our conversations begin with two people on different pages about the outcome, and a lot of what we call communication is really just releasing our own frustrations in another person's direction. We explore why so many conversations end up backwards, and how flipping the sequence into compassion, then connection, then communication changes the entire energetic before anyone speaks. We look at the 4 questions to ask ourselves before stepping in, how emotional flooding signals a very different conversation than the one we think we are having, and how conversations change when we let the other person have the floor first.

Jem Fuller

Intimacy, Difference, and Coherence

with Jem Fuller

There is an assumption inside the word intimacy that it belongs to two people in a relationship, when intimacy is one of the first principles holding the whole of reality together. Without difference there is no intimacy, and without intimacy nothing in this 3D world exists at all. We explore how fear turns human difference into a reason for separation, and how peeling back even one layer of that fear reveals the love and kindness that 200,000 years of anthropology say is actually our baseline. We look at how coherence happens organically between us, and how it can be cultivated through unconditional self-love and then shared outwardly with others. We also share three simple practices that can help us experience a greater sense of belonging and connection without needing to say a single word.

Michelle Masters

Living from Choice and Possibility

with Michelle Masters

Most of us are trying to create change from the conscious mind while older emotional patterns continue shaping our reactions, decisions, relationships, and sense of possibility in the background. Many of the beliefs we hold about our value, safety, belonging, and what is possible for us were formed early in life and continue influencing the way we experience ourselves as adults. We explore why conscious effort alone often struggles to create lasting change, how inherited family patterns shape the way we relate to success, stress, and self-worth, and why familiar experiences can feel safer than unfamiliar possibilities even when they no longer serve us. We also explore a guided process for identifying and updating the deeper patterns that continue influencing the way we live today.

Moshe Gersht

The Space Between Free Will and Destiny

with Moshe Gersht

Much of modern life is built around pressure, control, urgency, and the constant feeling that we need to make the right decisions at the right time. We explore how the ego shapes the way we relate to ourselves, our choices, and the world around us, and why so much psychological suffering comes from resisting life as it is. Exploring free will, destiny, presence, and acceptance, we look at the difference between living from fear and living from trust, the deeper relationship between identity and purpose, and how we can experience a greater sense of peace when we begin treating life as something that is unfolding with meaning and direction. We also explore simple shifts in awareness and language that can completely transform the way we experience ourselves and reality.

Papi DiNuzzo

Manifest Anything You Can Imagine

with Papi(PJ) DiNuzzo

Most of us have heard the word manifesting attached to vision boards, positive thinking, or the idea that some people are simply luckier than others. At the same time, many of us have experienced moments where the more we focus on something we are excited about, the more ideas, opportunities, and momentum seem to gather around it. We explore why the mind naturally gravitates toward worry, how subconscious patterns shape the decisions we make every day, and why our thoughts and emotions can influence both our confidence and the choices we make. We also look at the connection between belief, energy, and action, and why changing what we set our attention on can begin changing what we manifest in our lives.

Patricia Lindner

Logosynthesis

with Patricia Lindner

We can spend decades being the polite, accommodating, even tempered person who keeps the peace, while those same patterns drain our energy, leave us over-giving in relationships, and contribute to the exhaustion and health issues we might be experiencing. We look at how the original blueprint we arrive with becomes layered over by ancestral patterns, epigenetics, and conditioning that shapes our identity and the relationships we keep repeating. We explore Logosynthesis, a therapeutic approach that uses the power of words to rapidly clear recurring emotional patterns without needing to relive the past all over again. We also map out how clearing these old patterns can help us build healthier relationships, reclaim our energy, and feel more like ourselves again.

DAY 7 • JUNE 14, 2026

Conscious Leadership

Brandon Fong

The Power of Your Four Percent

with Brandon Fong

Some of the abilities that create the biggest results in our lives can feel so natural to us that we underestimate their value or overlook them entirely. We explore how a surprisingly small percentage of our actions, environments, beliefs, and innate strengths shape the majority of our fulfillment, creativity, energy, impact, and success. Certain environments pull the best out of us while others drain our energy, limit our creativity, or disconnect us from our natural strengths. Understanding the small set of actions and qualities that consistently create the most meaningful results can completely change the way we approach work, relationships, purpose, wellbeing, and the life we are building.

Carolyn Litton

Finding Your Flow

with Carolyn Litton

We often measure our success by how hard we push, equate constant busyness with productivity, and fall into the trap of forcing our way through deadlines and responsibilities. Yet, this endless grind frequently leads to deep exhaustion, creative blocks, and a sense of disconnection from who we actually are. In this session, we look at how stepping away from that survival mode and opening ourselves up to a state of flow changes how we feel in our bodies and expands our capacity across all areas of our lives. We talk about how small, consistent routines can interrupt our automated mental patterns, regulate our nervous system, and lower daily stress. Setting a clear sense of direction and using supportive grounding practices allows us to become more productive in less time and take back control of our day.

Dharma Funder

Getting Back to Choice

with Dharma Funder

There are moments when we can feel the answer sitting right inside of us and still cannot seem to act on it. We stay in conversations too long, delay decisions we already understand, repeat patterns we thought we had outgrown, and then convince ourselves we must need more healing, more understanding, more information or more work. Under pressure, we can lose access to our higher thinking and decision-making, disconnecting even the most capable human being from themselves. In this session, we explore how stress reshapes perception, narrows possibilities, and overrides the ability to act on what we already know. We also look at why so many familiar patterns return under pressure, even after years of growth, insight, and building self-awareness.

Gido Schimanski

The Quantum Bypass for Your Inner Critic

with Gido Schimanski

We can finally reach a goal we worked years to achieve and still wonder when everyone will realize we are just winging it. The feeling of not being good enough can shape everything from our relationships and careers to the way we experience success itself, often making it difficult to enjoy the very things we fought so hard to achieve. We explore how those patterns begin forming early in life, why the subconscious mind fights to keep old stories alive, and why self-sabotage often becomes strongest right before a major breakthrough. We also look at how simply changing the questions we ask ourselves can stop the mind from automatically reinforcing the same old fears and limitations.

Josselyne Herman-Saccio

Being Unmessablewith

with Josselyne Herman-Saccio

Most of us spend close to 99% of our day in the world of reaction, putting out fires, answering the next ping, moving through whatever the day puts in front of us. We get very good at getting things done and very far from the version of ourselves that started the business, the relationship, or the dream in the first place. We look at the difference between a goal and a true vision, why context decides how we experience the content of our lives, and how the language of creation operates in a completely different frequency than the language of description. We map out an instant reset that interrupts the amygdala loop and returns us to the world of vision, and we explore why the muscle of keeping our word to ourselves is the foundation underneath all of it.

Karen Hall

Emotional Intelligence in Action

with Karen Hall

We often assume that being a strong leader means holding the line, staying composed, and keeping the softer parts of ourselves tucked away from the team. Many of us can immediately feel when someone is grounded, present, and emotionally safe, and we can also feel when tension, stress, or overwhelm are affecting the people around us. We explore the five pillars of emotional intelligence, what happens in the brain and nervous system when we feel emotionally triggered, and a set of practices that help us return to ourselves before we try to guide or support anyone else. Learning how to regulate ourselves changes the way we communicate, build trust, handle conflict, and shape the emotional experience of the people around us.

Marcia Martin

Being an Effective Human Being

with Marcia Martin

Most of us were never taught the skills needed to navigate conflict, lead people, communicate clearly, or bring people back into connection when emotions and tensions are high. The mind we are operating with stored most of its survival information before the age of ten, and a ten-year-old often ends up running a forty-year-old marriage, business, or boardroom. We explore the difference between reacting and responding, the way language itself becomes the bridge that turns intention into reality, and why the order of be, do, have changes the way we create our future. We look at the 8 distinctions in speech that each carry a different purpose, and how using the right one at the right moment can completely change the way we communicate, connect, and work together.

Marrissa Rhodes

Returning to the Wild Self

with Marrissa Rhodes

We are constantly asked to orient outward, to perform, to produce, to optimize, and even spaces devoted to healing can recreate the same pressure to leave better than we came in. Over time, many of us begin losing connection with the instinctual, creative, and fully alive parts of ourselves that never fit neatly inside those expectations. We explore burnout as a disconnection from the parts of ourselves we learned to set aside in order to succeed or feel safe. Through a guided practice, we begin reconnecting with the instinctual parts of ourselves that nurture our creative spark.

Nick Jonsson

Holistic Leadership

with Nick Jonsson

Many of us spend years building successful careers while feeling disconnected from ourselves, our relationships, our health, or our sense of meaning outside of work. We explore a holistic approach to leadership that recognizes we do not stop being human when we enter the workplace, and that our emotional well-being, physical health, relationships, and sense of purpose all influence the way we lead and live. We also look at the connection between loneliness, stress, and long-term health, why meaningful relationships play such an important role in our wellbeing, and how creating greater alignment across different areas of life can lead to a more fulfilling and sustainable way of living and working.

Nima Rahmany

Becoming Trigger Proof

with Nima Rahmany

Many of us learned early in life to hide parts of ourselves in order to feel safe, accepted, or loved, and over time those patterns begin shaping the way we communicate, lead, relate, and respond to conflict. We explore how people-pleasing and suppressing our emotions affect the nervous system and even our physical health, especially when we spend years prioritizing other people’s comfort over our own. We also look at the difference between healthy connection and codependency, why certain relationships feel so emotionally activating, and what it takes to stay grounded during difficult moments without losing ourselves in the process.
