Summit Terms and Participation Notice
Please read these Summit Terms and Participation Notice carefully before registering. These terms govern your participation in the event and form a legally binding agreement between you and the event provider.
These Summit Terms and Participation Notice apply to any Summit which is offered as a virtual and/or live online event.
This Summit is offered by PJB Marketing International SAS, a company registered in France (the “event provider”).
1. Nature of the Summit
The Summit is an educational and experiential event that may include multiple sessions, presentations, and speakers covering a range of topics related to holistic health, wellbeing, and personal development.
The Summit is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, or any other form of licensed healthcare service.
No therapeutic, medical, or clinician patient relationship is created by your participation in the Summit.
The Summit may include multiple speakers or facilitators. Each speaker contributes from their own professional perspective and experience and is solely responsible for the content they share. Participation does not create a therapeutic, medical, or professional relationship with any speaker or facilitator.
2. Educational Purpose Only
The Summit content is provided solely for educational and informational purposes.
While the Summit may include sessions that address topics related to stress, trauma, wellbeing, and holistic health, it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
Participation in the Summit should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
The Summit may also include discussions related to business, financial wellbeing, or wealth. Such content does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or business advice.
Participation in the Summit should not be relied upon for making financial or business decisions. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the content presented.
3. Participant Responsibility
Participation in the Summit is voluntary.
You are solely responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you and for managing your own physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing during and after the Summit.
You agree to engage with the Summit at your own pace and to modify or discontinue any session or practice that causes discomfort, distress, or overwhelm.
4. Code of Conduct
The Summit is a shared space. By participating, you agree to contribute to a respectful, supportive, and safe environment for collective growth and experience.
Participants are expected to engage respectfully with all speakers, facilitators, moderators, hosts, and other participants.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, bullying, abusive language, or any other disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
This applies to all Summit environments, including live sessions, chat functions, messaging platforms, and any related community spaces.
The event provider reserves the right to remove any participant from the Summit immediately, without prior notice and without refund, if they engage in behavior that violates this Code of Conduct.
5. Access, Availability, and Technical Issues
Access to the Summit is provided on an as-is basis. The event provider does not guarantee uninterrupted access or availability and shall not be responsible for technical issues outside of its control.
6. Changes to the Program
The event provider reserves the right to modify the Summit program, including speakers, schedule, or content, at any time without prior notice.
7. Assumption of Risk
The Summit may include sessions that involve body based, attention based, or experiential practices.
You acknowledge that participation may involve emotional or physical responses and that individual experiences vary.
By participating, you voluntarily assume responsibility for any effects that may arise from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the provider, as defined under applicable French law.
8. No Guarantees
No specific outcomes, results, or benefits are guaranteed.
Any examples, testimonials, or descriptions of experiences are illustrative only and do not constitute guarantees of results.
9. Medical Disclaimer
The Summit does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You are advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional prior to participating if you have any medical condition, mental health condition, or history of trauma.
If you experience a medical or psychological emergency, you must contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare provider immediately.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted under applicable French and European Union law, PJB Marketing International SAS shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from or in connection with participation in the Summit.
This limitation does not apply where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
All Summit materials, including but not limited to presentations, interviews, written materials, audio resources, video recordings, or exercises, remain the intellectual property of their respective creators.
Any materials provided are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, shared, recorded, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the rights holder.
12. Recordings and Participant Restrictions
The Summit, including live sessions, may be recorded.
By participating in the Summit, you acknowledge and agree that your name, image, voice, and any contributions, including but not limited to comments, messages, or other content shared in live sessions, chats, messaging platforms, or related community spaces, may be visible to other participants and may be recorded and used in connection with the Summit and related materials without compensation.
Participants are not permitted to record, reproduce, or capture any part of the Summit, including live sessions, in any form without prior written permission from the event provider.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the Summit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Summit Terms and Participation Notice.
